SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timescale we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or flat numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We accept no responsibility for lost, mislaid or misdelivered items if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing centre by the carrier. Orders take between 2 and 5 working days to be processed and dispatched, but 95.47% of our orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours.
Please note that orders can take 10 to 15 working days for Europe from the date of dispatch and 20 to 30 working days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website in the ‘Account’ section.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from Kube Store, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY DECLARATIONS
If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim.
We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.
We take no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If your order includes several items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will dispatch the remainder of your order, refunding you in accordance with your original method of payment for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several parcels for the same order if it is made up of several items.
